These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the ELKASHIER point-of-sale software, published by Geo.Tech, and your use of this website, elkashier.cloud. By downloading, installing, activating or using ELKASHIER, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
1. The licence we grant you
When you purchase ELKASHIER, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own business. It is a one-time purchase: you pay once and the app is yours to use, with no monthly subscription, no automatic renewal, and no expiry. A licence key is valid for the number of installations agreed at the time of purchase.
2. Activation and licence keys
The software is activated with a licence key we issue to you. You agree to keep your key confidential and not to share, publish or resell it. Online activation is available, and a manual activation path is provided for shops without an internet connection.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, distribute, resell, rent or sublicense the software or your licence key;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- Circumvent, disable or tamper with activation or licensing;
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Ownership
ELKASHIER, its code, design, branding and all related intellectual property remain the property of Geo.Tech. This licence gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership. The data you enter into the app, however, is entirely yours.
5. Price, payment and no subscription
ELKASHIER is sold as a one-time purchase. The price and what is included are confirmed to you before purchase. There is no subscription, and we will not charge you on a recurring basis.
6. Refunds
Because a demo and a full feature description are available before purchase, we encourage you to evaluate the software first. If you have a problem, contact us — we would rather solve it. Any refund is handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed at the time of purchase.
7. Updates and support
We may release updates that improve the software or fix issues. We provide support by email at contact@elkashier.cloud. We aim to reply within 24 hours, but we do not guarantee a specific response time.
8. Your data and backups
ELKASHIER stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. The app makes backups easy — your whole history is a single file you can copy to a USB stick — and it reminds you to do so, but keeping and safeguarding those backups is your responsibility. We cannot recover data that was never backed up.
9. Third-party hardware
ELKASHIER works with standard 58mm thermal (ESC/POS) printers over Bluetooth, USB, COM or network. Printers and other hardware are made by third parties and are not covered by this licence. We provide a “Test print” function so you can confirm compatibility, but we are not responsible for third-party hardware.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to make ELKASHIER reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo.Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.
12. Termination
This licence remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you materially breach these terms — for example, by copying or reselling the software. On termination you must stop using the software. Your locally stored data remains yours.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Geo.Tech operates. Any dispute shall be resolved under those laws.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
